Sleep Precautions...

An adequate amount of sleep is imperative to our bodies health. Sleep allows the body and mind to function properly. A few down falls caused by lack of sleep can be, poor vision, inability to concentrate, weakness and a low immune system.

​

There are also negative side effects to getting too much sleep. Over sleeping can result in poor health and low physical performance just as having not enough rest.

​

The recommended amount of sleep is 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. It is important to maintain a good sleep schedule especially when becoming more active.
