Benefits of Stretching...

Stretching can prevent injuries such as pulled or strained muscles. Stretching can also calm and sooth the mind and body. 

 

If you have very tight muscle after exercising it may not be a serious medical condition but a warning to stretching more.

​

We recommend you drink water to hydrate your muscles and tendons and stretch for at least five minutes before and after workouts.

​

If your muscles become painful and inflexible or difficult to perform movements you may need to consider resting for while or seeing your doctor.
